AMRA Consulting Group, INC (“AMRA,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is committed to delivering high‑quality strategic consulting, logistics solutions, and professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from AMRA.

Because AMRA provides professional consulting services that require time, expertise, and resource allocation, all fees paid are generally non‑refundable. 3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

3.1 Service Not Rendered

  • AMRA has not yet begun work on the contracted service, and

  • The client submits a written cancellation request before project initiation.

3.2 Service Delivery Issues

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • AMRA is unable to deliver the agreed‑upon service due to internal circumstances, or

  • A mutually agreed‑upon portion of the scope cannot be completed.

3.3 Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

Full refunds will be issued for:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Verified billing errors

4. Non‑Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed consulting sessions, strategy development, or deliverables already provided

  • Retainer fees after work has begun

  • Third‑party costs incurred on behalf of the client

  • Rush fees, travel fees, or administrative fees

  • Digital or downloadable materials once delivered

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request to support@amraconsultinggroup.com

  2. Include the project name, invoice number, and reason for the request

  3. Allow up to 10 business days for review and response

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • AMRA will provide a summary of work completed to date

  • The client will be responsible for payment of all completed work and expenses incurred

  • Any remaining balance may be refunded at AMRA’s discretion, depending on the percentage of work completed

7. Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional Add‑On)

If you’d like, we can add a “Satisfaction Review Window” clause, such as:

Clients may request one round of revisions within 7 days of receiving a deliverable. This guarantee does not include refunds but ensures client satisfaction through reasonable adjustments.
